ICT - Information and Communication Technology plays a crucial role in the transition to circular economy by enabling the efficient management of resources, facilitating collaboration, and providing data-driven insights for decision-making. Use of digital tools to monitor and optimize energy and resource consumption, as well as the development of new technologies to support circular business models are key. ICTs provide solutions to all sectors as emerging sector for circular transition in cities.

ESG - Environmental, Social, and Governance are increasingly important considerations for investors and businesses alike. In the context of sustainability and circular economy, ESG refers to the integration of environmental and social considerations into business decision-making processes, as well as the adoption of best practices in corporate governance. Although, ESG sector is developed for helping business to transform, because of the mechanistic and fragmented nature, it has limitations. Every single day, ESG sector itself is being challenged towards more meaningful direction.

Consultancy services are helping businesses, central and local governments to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies to reduce waste and resource consumption, and implement sustainable practices across their operations. However, degenerative culture’s fragmented and mechanistic way that shaped the modern consultancy is the main barrier for regenerative transition requires holistic, systems wise consultancy approach. Circular impact economics require new generation consultancy focusing on measurable impact and capacity in organizational systems enable circular transition towards regenerative development paradigm.

Learning systems per se “education” and “training” play a substantial role in driving the transition to sustainability and circular economy. Holistic learning systems can help individuals and organizations develop the knowledge and skills needed to implement sustainable practices and adopt circular business models. However since the regenerative culture’s mindset requires “systems thinking”, redesign of learning systems avoiding authoritarian style with focus on innovative and inclusive learning approach itself is a paradigm shift. Nature-based paradigm shift focuses on learning with special focus.

Architecture is the emerging sector lead others. By definition, architecture is about systems design and have a coordinative function among other disciplines. Even in ICT sector and computer engineering "architecture'" has another contextual meaning. In terms of the original root, building and structural design, Architecture is being challenged. New architecture involves the design of buildings and infrastructure that prioritize energy efficiency, zero waste and resource conservation, and the use of renewable materials. This includes the use of passive solar design, green roofs, and the integration of renewable energy systems. Biophilic and regenerative design principles put nature first in future cities' architecture.

Engineering is another epicenter for developing and implementing sustainable technologies and circular systems. Design and redesign of energy-efficient systems, development of sustainable materials, and the optimization of production and logistics processes to minimize waste and resource consumption. The challenge is holistic systems design in order to reach out the pre-modern social innovation level. The grassroots of engineering about challenging Nature to be reversed as "rebuilding the  Nature in cities". Key areas of Industrial Engineering with special focus on 'optimization' and 'group decision making' are substantial for transition to regenerative development as well as the other fields of engineering including;  environmental, civil, structural, material, electric, electronic, computer, software, chemical, forestry.

Public Relations is the key sector to help businesses communicate their sustainability and circular economy initiatives to stakeholders and the public. However, new PR must find innovative ways to redesign communication based on measurement to avoid greenwashing that become legal obstacles for the companies carry on with degenerative paradigm's business models  results with misleading public, stakeholders and shareholders. Public Relations and Marketing Communications are the subject matter of entire circular transition all over the world and related to all sectors.

Mobility is an emerging sector that plays a critical role in the transition to sustainability and circular economy. Sustainable mobility refers to the design and implementation of transportation systems and services that prioritize environmental sustainability, social equity, and economic viability. This includes the development of green logistics systems reduce the environmental impact of freight transportation, last mile logistics solutions optimize delivery routes and modes, creation of bicycle networks promote healthy mobility and reduce reliance on cars. E-mobility and micro-mobility solutions like electric cars and bikes, electric scooters, and shared mobility services, are also important components of sustainable mobility. By enabling people to move around in a more sustainable and efficient way, sustainable mobility helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve air quality, and create more livable and sustainable communities.

Contemporary Arts, play a key role in raising awareness and inspiring action around sustainability and circular transition in cities. Artists explore themes related to environmentalism, consumerism, and waste, and challenge audiences to reconsider their relationship with the ecosystems in cities. Participatory design and STEAM are two key concepts for new generation Contemporary Arts. Growing tendency towards interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary contemporary arts projects and artists are being challenged by "sustainability" as a theme therefore emerging contemporary arts has a great potential as like mega waves in the ocean. With true interconnectivity and experience, new generation contemporary arts will challenge Science, Technology and Mathematics not in the direction of digital technology fetishism but as the leading and pioneering function the direction to the true nature-centric cities and natural ecosystems.
